Store Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hr notice.

Our Policy:

Any no-show will result in a cancellation & wont be able to reschedule with promotion price.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you for the full booked amount. In this case, we will try our very best to provide the service with the remaining minutes of the appointment. Service will still be charged full price.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call Truffoire Otay Ranch at (619) 761- 2131 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Promotion Policy

The promotion price will be a one time use only, your next appointment will be charged regular price.
